Our treats are home-made and hand crafted. These treats will vary in color, shape and thickness. These variations are due to hand-crafting and seasonal variations in the raw ingredients and do not affect the product quality or nutritional value.
Ordering
Simply pAwesome accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery Credit and Debit Cards, as well as checks and money orders. Orders can be placed through the website, by phone or by fax. Orders to be paid by check or money order must be prepaid before shipping.

Shipping
Every order receives a discount on shipping. The amount of the discount varies based on order total and are compared to USPS Priority Mail rates. When checking out select the DISCOUNT SHIPPING option, or the first displayed. It works like this:
- You pay only $3.50 shipping for product totals of $10.00 to $17.00.
- For orders $17.01 to $25.00 you pay only $4.25 shipping.
- For orders $25.01 to $35.00 you pay $5.00 shipping.
- For orders $35.01 to $50.00 you pay $7.50 shipping.
- And for orders greater than $50.01 shipping is Free.
Simply pAwesome uses both the United States Post System (USPS) and UPS. If you want to ship to a PO Box then you must select USPS as the shipping carrier. These choices are shown at check-out.
Simply pAwesome will strive to ship orders within 3 business days of receipt. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
Sales tax will be collected for all orders originating from Maryland and Florida and from other states as determined by state and federal regulations.
Shipping and Handling charges are solely at the discretion of Simply pAwesome and may change without notice.

Return Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee
Simply pAwesome LLC proudly stands behind our home-made treats. If, within 60 days of purchase, you are unsatisfied with our treats for any reason, we will refund you the purchase price or ship a replacement product. Refunds from credit or debit card purchases will be issued credit. We only ask that you fill out a form to help us improve our service or products.
