Payment methods

Simply pAwesome accepts Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards, as well as checks and money orders. Orders can be placed through the web site, by phone or by fax. Orders paid by check or money order must be prepaid before shipping.

Shipping and Handling Information

Simply pAwesome uses the United States Post Office as our primary shipping carrier. All orders are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive within 3 days of shipping date. Simply pAwesome will ship order within 3 to 5 days after payment has been received. If there is a delay we will notify you by email or phone. The USPS allows shipping to PO Boxes.

 

Shipping and Handling charges are based on total package weight with the minimum charge of $6.70. At times, during promotions or special offers, these charges may be waived. Waiving the Shipping and Handling charges are solely at the discretion of Simply pAwesome.

 

Sales tax will be collected for all orders originating from Maryland and Florida and from other states as determined by state and federal regulation.

 

 

Return Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee

Simply pAwesome LLC proudly stands behind our home-made treats. If within 60 days of purchase for any reason you are unsatisfied with our treats we will refund you the purchase price or ship replacement product. Refunds from credit or debit card purchases will be issued credit. We only ask that you fill out a form to help us improve our service or product. Product Quality

Our treats are handmade and home baked. At times these treats may vary in color, shape and thickness. These variations are due to hand-crafting and do not affect the product quality or nutritional value.

Simply pAwesome uses third parties to administer and process all orders received from the web site. These third parties are prohibited from using or sharing the information requested during these transactions. This information includes your name, address, telephone, credit card number and expiration date, email and shipping address and name of recipient. Your information is used for billing and shipping purposes ONLY. If for any reason we need to contact you regarding the status of your order, Simply pAwesome will use the email and /or phone information to do so and only for that purpose.

 

The Simply pAwesome web site contains many links to educational resources. Please be aware of the external links privacy policy when you exit the Simply pAwesome site. Our privacy policy applies solely to the information collected on the Simply pAwesome web site.

Cookies, pieces of our information stored on your computer, allow us to track your web session to keep your order together while shopping. We do not use the cookie to collect personal information and the cookie does not extract any information from your computer.

Completing Transactions

Simply Pawesome will work hard to complete and ship orders in a timely fashion. During peak holiday seasons filling orders may extend beyond our goal of 3 to 5 days. If this does offer Simply Pawesome will inform the customer by email.

At all times Simply Pawesome reserves the right to refuse shipping product or free samples. If we invoke this process the customer will be informed either by voice or email.
